Intuitive Light Coaching

At Intuitive Light Coaching, we aim to provide supportive, high quality spiritual development experiences, workshops, courses, and wellbeing services. We understand that occasionally plans change, so we have created the following cancellation and refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all customers.


Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be made within 7 days of purchase for eligible products or services.

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Date of purchase

  • Order confirmation or receipt

  • Reason for cancellation or refund request


Online Courses, Workshops & Programmes

Eligible for Refund

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase provided that:

  • The course or programme has not been substantially accessed or completed

  • Downloadable materials have not been extensively used

  • The live programme or workshop has not already taken place

Non-Refundable

Refunds cannot be provided:

  • After the 7 day refund period

  • For completed live workshops or attended sessions

  • Once significant digital content has been downloaded or accessed

  • For missed live sessions where replay access has been provided


Membership Subscriptions

Membership subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.

  • Refunds for new memberships may be requested within 7 days of the original purchase date.

  • After this period, membership fees are non-refundable.

  • Cancelling a membership stops future payments but does not refund previous payments already processed.

Access to membership content will continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.


In-Person Events & Workshops

Refunds for in person workshops or events may be requested within 7 days of purchase, unless:

  • The event takes place has already been attended

  • Materials, resources, or event preparation costs have already been incurred

If Intuitive Light Coaching needs to cancel or reschedule an event, customers will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer to another event or date


Digital Products & Downloadable Resources

Due to the nature of digital products such as:

  • PDF workbooks

  • Guided meditations

  • Audio recordings

  • Downloadable spiritual resources

Refunds may not be available once the product has been downloaded or accessed.


Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Refund requests outside the standard policy may be considered at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
