Definitions

“Goods” means physical items you purchase from us. “Services” means work, consultancy, or other non‑physical deliverables. “Contract” means the agreement formed when we accept your order. “Consumer” means an individual purchasing for personal use.

Orders

Orders may be placed online, by email, or in writing. We may refuse an order if necessary, for example due to stock issues or pricing errors. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order.

Prices and Payment

All prices are in GBP and VAT is not currently charged. Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed. Prices may change, but this will not affect orders already accepted.

Delivery of Goods

Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you when goods are delivered. Ownership passes only when full payment is received. Please check goods on delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.

Provision of Services

We will provide services with reasonable skill and care. You agree to provide accurate information and reasonable cooperation. Timescales are estimates unless confirmed in writing. If you miss an appointment or delay providing information, additional charges may apply.

Cancellations and Refunds – Goods

Consumers have a 14 day cooling off period for most goods purchased online. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. No automatic right to cancel applies to custom or personalised items, perishable goods, or sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.

Digital Goods 

  • The course or programme has not been substantially accessed or completed

  • Downloadable materials have not been extensively used

  • The live programme or workshop has not already taken place

Cancellations and Refunds – Services

Consumers may cancel within 14 days of entering the contract unless they ask us to begin work sooner. If work has started, payment is required for services provided up to the point of cancellation.

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Date of purchase

  • Order confirmation or receipt

  • Reason for cancellation or refund request

Refunds for in person workshops or events may be requested within 14 days of purchase, unless:

  • The event takes place has already been attended

  • Materials, resources, or event preparation costs have already been incurred

If Intuitive Light Coaching needs to cancel or reschedule an event, customers will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer to another event or date

Non-Refundable

Refunds cannot be provided:

  • After the 14 day refund period

  • For completed live workshops or attended sessions

  • Once significant digital content has been downloaded or accessed

  • For missed live sessions where replay access has been provided

Business Customers

Business customers do not have an automatic right to cancel unless agreed in writing.

Faulty Goods or Services

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. Goods may be rejected within 30 days if faulty. You have a right to repair or replacement within 6 months, and up to 6 years to claim for manufacturing defects. If services are not carried out with reasonable care and skill, you may request repeat performance or a price reduction.

Liability

We are not liable for delays or issues caused by events outside our control. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any rights that cannot be excluded by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit.

Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and deliverables remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise. You may not copy or use them without permission.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us at [Insert email]. We aim to respond within 5 working days.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales
